All standards are result of vast experience and knowledge of printing industry.
No exceptions or changes could be made to any of the posted standards.

standard business card
Business Cards could have bleed or be with white* margin. All bleeds require 0.063" or 1/16" or more image on every edge that has to be cut off. In all cases text must be within 0.125" or 1/8" inside the page.
standard letterhead
Letterheads could have bleed or be without one. All bleeds require 0.063" or 1/16" or more image on every edge that has to be cut off. In all cases text must be within 0.25" or 1/4" inside the page. Additional charges may apply for marginal print(text on edge).
standard envelope
Standard envelopes could not have bleed. All margins require 1/2 inch (0.5") of blank space around. Additional charges may apply for marginal print(text on edge).
standard T-shirts
Standard layout will fit within 8.5"x11" (Letter Size) Page! But may be increased upon request up to 11"x17". If customer art is provided it must be 100% Black - Spot Colors. For full color shirt printing call for details.

files & formats accepted
We accept the following files and formats in CMYK mode with at least 300dpi resolution and only ONE UP (no suggested printing layout must be applied to the file orelse charges may apply. See terms & conditions)
Ready to Print Formats (PDF or Bitmaps):
PDF - (Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format. File must be ready to print without any additions or changes required)
TIFF/TIF - (TIFF Bitmap. File must contain no layers and converted to CMYK color mode. See terms & conditions)
JPeG/JPG - (JPG Bitmap. File must be converted to CMYK color mode. See terms & conditions)
BMP/PNG - (Bitmap formast are accepted in CMYK mode only and must be ready to print)
Edditable Formats (Original or Deafult File formats):
PSD - (Adobe Photoshop Format. All text and fonts must be rasterised to vectors or bitmap or fonts must be supplied along with the file in order to edit information on file, color mode must be swiched to CMYK. See terms & conditions. Extra charges may apply.)
AI - (All text and fonts must be rasterised to vectors or curves or fonts must be supplied along with the file in order to edit information on file. Extra charges may apply.)
PMD - (Page Maker Documet. All text and fonts must be rasterised to vectors or fonts must be supplied along with the file in order to edit information on file. Extra charges may apply.)
INDD - (Adobe InDesign Document. All text and fonts must be rasterised to vectors or fonts must be supplied along with the file in order to edit information on file. Extra charges may apply.)
CDR - (CorelDRAW (up to vX3) All text and fonts must be converted to curves (Ctrl+Q) or fonts must be supplied along with the file in order to edit information on file. Extra charges may apply.)
DOC - (Microsoft Word Document is not accepted to print as is. Additional proofing process must be initiated in PDF format. Extra charge may apply.)
PUB - (Microsoft Publisher Document. Additional proofing process must be initiated in PDF format. Extra charges may apply.)
QXD - (QuarkXpress Document. All text and fonts must be converted to vectorsor fonts must be supplied along with the file in order to edit information on file. Extra charges may apply.)
Compressed Archives (Zip, Rar, Sit, 7z etc.):
ZIP, RAR, SIT, 7z - (Compressed archives are accepted but must contain no passwords or all access information must be supplied to NixLAN Designs along with the file.)
Formats NOT accepted to print:
PPT - (Microsoft Power Point Document is not accepted to print as is. Additional proofing process must be initiated in PDF format. Extra charge may apply.)
XLM - (Microsoft Excel Document is not accepted to print as is. Additional proofing process must be initiated in PDF format. Extra charge may apply.)
WEB/PRESENTATION FORMATS - (No Web formats are excepted due to low resolution. Example: HTML, PHP, XML, FLASH etc.)
TEXT FORMATS - (All text formats such as txt, rtf, nfo, etc. are accepted for information or description only.)
